Welcome to the new patient center for Loyola Chiropractic!

We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be a little stressful. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

That's why at Loyola Chiropractic our aim is to remove any unnecessary stress or tension and make you feel comfortable during your visit with our doctors.

At your first visit to Loyola Chiropractic, our doctors will explain how chiropractic care works and give you or your child a full evaluation to see if our chiropractic solutions are a good fit to address your needs. If chiropractic seems right for your condition, we will customize a plan of care to resolve the condition and to meet your health goals.

Referral Policy
We are a referral only clinic. We accept referrals from medical professionals, chiropractors, athletic coaches, fitness professionals or our current patients. When scheduling your first appointment, we will require the name of your referral source.

Payment Policy
Our goal in this office is to provide you, the patient, with excellent chiropractic care. We want you to be comfortable dealing with financial matters, and believe open communication will enhance the positive outcome we all desire.

All fees are due on the day services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards.
​
Changes to appointments must be made by telephone at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time on the prior business day to avoid the regular fee. Holidays and Sundays are not considered business days. 48 hour notice is required for all new patient and hour-long appointments. Missed appointments will be charged in full.

If you have chiropractic insurance, as an added service, we will prepare your insurance claim for you and forward it to your insurance company. We do not forward claims for any Medicare coverage. All insurance benefits will be paid directly to you by your insurance company.
​
Our doctors are not members of any HMO, PPO, Medicare or any other provider networks. Therefore, any coverage you may have for services provided in this office will be deemed “out of network coverage” by your insurance company.
